Office Staff – Peggy
You may hear Peggy’s warm voice on your phone or message machine - she handles the confirmation of appointments and classes by phoning or sending cards out to clients that have registered.
Office Manager – Pat
Callers will probably talk to Pat when they call. Pat often answers the phone and after talking with the caller, decides which program staff should assist or meet with the client. She also provides lots of information and referral about other services in the community. Pat can be reached at
Program Manager – Teri
Teri is our Program Manager and energetically teaches our Clark County Home Buyer Education Classes. Her teaching style is animated and upbeat. She is also a specialist in down payment assistance programs for first time home buyers, including those with disabilities. In addition, Teri works with seniors interested in reverse mortgages.
Development Director – Jasy
Jasy maintains contact with all our wonderful supporters, and organizes the requests for contributions to the Community Housing Resource Center. She often helps her fellow staff out by answering the phone, so clients calling in may speak to Jasy. She can be reached at .

The Community Housing Resource Center is very fortunate to have volunteers assisting with client consults on Wednesdays until 8pm. These volunteers are lenders professionally and bring a wealth of experience to the agency and our clients.
