Excellent for employees making 80% or below median income but with steady income and solid credit history - Details programs available for first-time buyers, and information about the process of buying a home.

Format: 1 1/2 hour overview workshop or 5 hour certification workshop (certificate required for most first-time homebuyer programs)

One hour private counseling for employees considering purchase of a home
Reviews client’s income and buying capabilities as well as credit history. 
Client works with counselor to develop action plan to resolve credit or down 
payment issues. Phone follow up is provided as necessary
