The Community Housing Resource Center for one-stop housing information making a difference in the community with:
- information about home loan programs for first-time buyers
- general information on buying or renting a home
- one-on-one confidential counseling for home ownership options (by appointment)
- help with establishing a budget to clear up debts and improve your credit so you can purchase a home
- information about down payment assistance, including the First Home Loan Program
- information about how to choose a lender and Realtor
- information on maintaining a current mortgage
- referral information about housing issues — landlord/tenant and Fair Housing
- information about home repair and rehab programs
The Community Housing Resource Center is a non-profit, public/private partnership that provides free education, counseling, and referral services to first-time home buyers or renters in Clark County.
(We do not provide loans or arrange financing.)
